Dr. Simone Yen

Dr. Simone Yen is originally from South Florida and attended the University of Florida for her undergraduate degree. Prior to attending Cornell University’s College of Veterinary Medicine, she worked as a veterinary technician with shelter animals. She continues to aid shelter dogs and cats in her downtime.

She is passionate about preventative medicine, ultrasound, and soft tissue surgery. She also employs stress-free handling whenever possible - making veterinary care a bit less intimidating for her patients. 

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys hiking, skiing, baking, and thrifting. She has one rescue dog, Kai, whom she adopted during her time as a technician.
